Angela Bowen, MVMS science teacher wins Excel Award from KENS 5 Congratulations to Mrs. Angela Bowen for winning the Excel Award! Mrs. Bowen, our 8th grade science teacher was surprised this morning at a pep rally by KENS 5 Anchor, Audrey Castoreno who presented her with the Excel Award and a check for $2,000 provided by Credit Human.

Attention 8th Grade Parents: Parents, As a reminder, students in grades 8–11 are finalizing their 4-year course plans in SchooLinks. The deadline for students to submit plans is November 21, 2025. If you haven’t already, please log in to your Guardian SchooLinks account to view your student’s course selections. Your input at this stage is key to ensuring the courses support your student’s academic goals and future plans. Changes to course plans after November 21st will be limited to administrative reasons only. Please note that this process replaces the traditional spring course selection process. In the spring, you will be asked to electronically sign your student’s Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) in SchooLinks.
